Our stamps, ejectors and cookie cutters are 3D printed, and many are made to order. Because each piece is printed individually, small variations in color, texture and finish are normal and are not defects. Product photos show the design; the color you receive may differ slightly.

Personalized items are made exactly as you enter the details at checkout, so please check spelling, dates and other text carefully before ordering.

When you ask us to include a name, text, logo or design, you confirm that you have the right to use it. We may decline any personalization request at our discretion.

All prices are in US dollars. Shipping costs and any applicable sales tax are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order.

We work to keep prices accurate. If an item is listed at a clearly incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Your order confirmation means we have received your order. We may cancel an order, with a full refund, if an item is unavailable, if we cannot verify payment, or if we suspect fraud.

Please follow the care instructions on each product page. Our tools are made for shaping and decorating treats and should only be used for that purpose.

The designs, photographs, text and other content on this website belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or resell them without our written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Pitikos 3D USA is organized.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect when you place an order is the one that applies to it.
