When you place an order, we collect the details needed to complete it:

• Your shipping and billing address
• The products you order and any personalization you request, such as a name or date

Payments are handled by our payment processor. We do not receive or store your full card number.

If you contact us, we receive whatever you choose to include in your message.

This website sets only the cookies it needs to work:

• pitikos_cart_id remembers the contents of your shopping cart for up to 30 days.
• pitikos_customer keeps you signed in to your account for up to 24 hours. It is set only when you sign in.
• pitikos_lang remembers the language you chose (English or Portuguese) for up to one year. It is set only when you use the language button.

The cart and sign-in cookies cannot be read by scripts on the page. During checkout, our payment processor, Stripe, may set its own cookies to process your payment and prevent fraud.

We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on this website.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising.

We keep order information for as long as needed to fulfill and support your order, and afterwards for the period required by tax and accounting law. Messages you send us are kept only as long as needed to resolve them.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, and to receive a copy of it. You can make any of these requests through our contact page. We will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections on every page. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe.

This store is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

If we change this policy, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be highlighted on the site.
