What material are your products made of?
We use high-quality, food-safe PLA (Polylactic Acid) plastic for all our 3D printed products. PLA is a biodegradable bioplastic derived from renewable resources like corn starch.
Are your products dishwasher safe?
No. PLA is sensitive to high temperatures. Please hand wash all items with lukewarm soapy water. Avoid exposure to heat, including hot water, dishwashers, and direct sunlight, as this may cause the plastic to warp or melt.
Do you accept custom orders?
Yes, absolutely! We love bringing your ideas to life. Whether you need a specific shape, size, or a personalized logo stamp, simply reach out to us via the Contact page or send us a message on Instagram or WhatsApp to discuss the details.
How long does it take to process an order?
Since our products are made-to-order to ensure the highest quality, our standard processing time is 1-3 business days. During peak seasons or holidays, processing may take up to 5 business days.
What sizes are available?
Most of our standard cookie cutters and stamps are approximately 3.5 inches (9 cm) on their longest side. If you need a specific size, please contact us for a custom order.
