Processing Time

All our products are made-to-order to ensure the highest quality. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and manufactured before it is shipped. During peak seasons, processing times may be extended up to 5 business days.

Shipping Rates & Estimates

We ship with UPS across the USA. The live UPS rate for your address is shown at checkout.

• UPS Ground: 1-5 business days after shipping
• UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 business days after shipping
• UPS Next Day Air: 1 business day after shipping

Return Policy

Due to the food-safe and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging our products safely. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly send a replacement at no extra cost.

Custom Orders

All custom orders are final sale. We provide digital proofs for approval before manufacturing custom items. Once a proof is approved, the order cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged.
